IBM, Executive Business INSTITUTE: As Consulting Learning Executive, designed, developed, delivered and sold innovative educational business programs to internal and external clients worldwide. Used Bain’s Net Promoter Score to measure client’s feedback. This resulted in the continuous improvement to the quality of the programs that led to significant repeat and reference business.
As a coach, mentor, facilitator and trainer, Vin co-developed and delivered Solution Selling to the C Suite, Major Account Planning sessions, and Partnering workshops to thousands of internal and external clients worldwide. Designed specifically to enhance their consultative selling client facing and collaborative skills. This resulted in accelerating the sales cycle and generating significant new opportunities and increased sales.
IBM, Lotus Software Group: Senior Manager, Business Skills Development, Partnering & Collaboration workshops with worldwide channel partners focused on improving their business skills and performance. This led to generating $35 million in new software revenue while also generating $350 million in recurring service revenue for IBM/Lotus and its partners. Designed, developed, and delivered Business Partner Investor Ready workshops. This led to securing over $10 million in early stage funding for our Business Partners with Angel and Venture Investors.
DIGITAL EQUIPMENT CORPORATION: Held senior management leadership positions including European Product Line Manager growing revenue from $50 thousand to $50 million. Director Northeast Regional Services Business Manager accountable for $250 million in revenue. Top performing region for two consecutive years.
